Wireless Box Plus, Wireless Box and all AI Boxes requires your car to have the factory wired CarPlay (Whether you're using CarPlay or Android Auto).
Wireless Box requires your car to have the factory wired Android Auto.
If you're not sure if your car has factory wired CarPlay or Android Auto, please connect an iPhone or android phone to your data port via a cable. If the car screen pops up the CarPlay or Android Auto interface, it means your car has factory wired CarPlay or Android Auto, otherwise unfortunately can not support.
Observe whether the box light is always red, if so, please contact customer service, If the box light is normal blue, you need to pull out the box. Switch back to the original car interface, find the original car settings =》 factory settings =》 App connect = 》reset. Turn off the car for 15 minutes, then insert the box again.
The normal working temperature of the product can be adapted to -20℃-65℃, don't worry. It will not affect the use of the car and the box.

Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
You can return/exchange any item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date but you must have all the original packaging (box & components inside) to qualify. Products that have missing components or original box are not eligible for refunds.
If your items arrived damaged, please reach out to us directly with images and videos within 24 hours of delivery.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance. Email: service@mevenco.net.
You will receive a refund within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return with the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
You can make changes to your order information within the first 12 hours if the order has not been sent out yet.
